Default Squarish Terrain

I've had this problem for a while now but haven't really bothered to figure it out. Everywhere I go, the terrain is all squared and blocky. When I adjust my graphics bar or nething under the graphics part of the options, it "corrects" it but when I enter a new area, its all squarish again. Characters aren't square just the terrain. I tried to screeny this but again, when I screenied it "corrected" itself.

My graphics card is a Geforce FX 6600

So what you're saying is it defines borders between individual tiles?

I don't know- but I think that reinstalling fixes about 75% of the problems people have, so try that.

Just be sure, if you have anything important in your screenshot folder, move it out of the C Program Files Guild Wars, cause otherwise it will go byebye.

Do you have the august version of directx 9, and have you tried any other nvidia drivers than the version you're using? Upgrading your video drivers or going back one version should help.
